Before BrandLanterns, I spent a few years juggling my role as Head of Marketing for a foodservice company with my freelance support for food & drink suppliers and managers of various hospitality establishments.

This time gave me unique insight into the sales and marketing needs throughout the industry, from 'farm to fork'.

I now advise on foodservice sales tactics, menu psychology and profit boosters, footfall and loyalty influences.
